No. Pro and Bookkeeper include unlimited checks for one flat monthly price. Write 5 checks or 500, and the price stays the same.
I own more than one business. Which plan is right?
Bookkeeper. Despite the name, it's for anyone who runs more than one company. You get 5 companies for $39 a month, all from one login. Each extra company is $5 a month.
What counts as a company?
A company is one business with its own books. It has its own bank accounts, vendors, approval rules, check register and QuickBooks connection.
Is QuickBooks Online sync included?
Yes, on Pro and Bookkeeper. Connect each company to its own QuickBooks Online company and sync approved checks with one click. For QuickBooks Desktop or Xero, export a file instead.
Do I need to buy preprinted checks?
No. Print on blank check paper from your own printer. Use magnetic (MICR) toner if your bank asks for it, and test a check with your bank first.
Do you hold or move my money?
No. Checks draw on your own bank account. There is no wallet to fund and no fee per payment.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime in your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the billing period, then moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
